Ordered a jacket and shirt. Took weeks to arrive. Threw them both straight in the bin. Couldn't be bothered with returning as it must be a scam site with the quality being so bad. Only just realised that I hadn't put a review up to warn future potential buyers

Silly me didn’t even check the reviews before buying such poorest of the poor quality hoodie from this shady ahh company. give me 0 delivery updates and didn’t email until 2 weeks after the order was placed, provided me with some updates but wasn’t even accurate. hoodie came and was NOTHINGGGGGG like the pic on the website. it was a different colour, had wrong sizing and the writing on the material was peeling off. the quality was literally worse than shein (somehow???!!) emailed to get a refund but didn’t get a single reply until another 2 weeks later, and came with some sob story how they recommend i get a 10% REFUND!!!!! instead of my full money back, as they wanted me to avoid shipping costs of shipping back to China (RUBBISH) i was going to agree to ship it back but knew it would take another 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks for a single shipping update and company reply. so the refund eventually happened after i emailed another 5 times!!! and the refund was much less than 10% . genuinely the worst company ever, the reviews are are so so so accurate DONT EVERY IN YOUR LIFE BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS DODGEY COMPANY, DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IS BUSINESS LOLLLLLLLLL

Keep pushing me down the line. Never commit to making a refund after returning the item 3 months ago!!!

Ignore any response from byCastello, they are Ai generated and make them sound like they care, they don't act on what they say at all!!! _ contact your bank for a refund if you have returned an item and have not been refunded. They can issue a "Charge back" /Card payment dispute. The retailer have 60 days to challenge the dispute.

Do not buy from this company. They are based in China. Items are cheap and shoddy. If you want to return anything they make it virtually impossible. After 3 months and many emails, I was only able to get a refund after raising a dispute via my credit card company.

Unfortunately can't rate it 0 stars but definitely would. The company is either a scam or terrible at delivery what it should. Judging by the reviews it seems there is some truth to that.

They are using some API to pretend they are Norwegian or Scandinavian but actually the products are all coming from Shenzhen in China. Likely dirt cheap quality from Donguan or Baoan and would advise anyone to steer as far clear as possible from here.

The name suggested to me an Italian brand and not something that came from China.
Ordered a cardigan on 31st October for my holiday on the 15th September. Was supposed to arrive 12th September, but didn't arrive until 16th, when I had already left the country.
On my return I opened the package to find, not only was it nothing like the product in the picture, but it didn't fit me either. Normally I order small, but went a size bigger to a medium as advised, but couldn't even get it on.
I emailed and said I wanted to return the product, and they said I would have to pay the postage. I argued that they had delivered the product late and it was not as the pictures. All they offered me was a 10% refund and to keep the product.
I decided to return the product and get the full refund. They wanted me to take photos of the product and packaging before agreeing to this. I then went to the post office on the 13th October and had to pay a £20 postage for an item that cost £39.99.
I tracked the parcel and it arrived with them on the 21st October (quicker than they had delivered it to me).
It took them until 27th November to refund me, after many email too and fro.
SHOCKING PRODUCT & SHOCKING SERVICE

I am 82 years of age and have been scammed by this company. I returned an item of clothing within one day at my own expense several months ago. The item was nothing like as advertised, poor quality and almost a child’s size. Despite numerous assurances they have
Failed to return my money. Please be warned not to deal with them I get the impression they are simply laughing at customers complaints. Karma comes to thieves and I will wait in anticipation to hear when it comes to Castello

I contacted my bank and they credited back the amount spent, everyone else should do the same too. Lost on the postage but at least these robbers don’t have my money

I bought two t-shirts, horrendous material, and sizes are way too small for regular fit.

Tried to send the package back to China, after two weeks, the tracking order number shows THE parcel has been received.

4 months later, still no refund, customer service keeps saying they are in the process of the refund and will let me know once completed...

DO NOT BUY! It seems they own £1000s to hunders if not thousands of people.

I wish I seen these reviews before I ordered. I received a hoodie which was not the colour I expected or advertised so contacted customer services adding photos of what I had received. I cannot fault the response times but the resolution to the matter was terrible, I was offered a 10% refund (£3.00) on a £30 hoodie and keep the item which I don't like or seek a full refund by paying postage back to China within 30 days, that doesn't include possible taxes and VAT so they have you banged to rights. I will not buy from this company again.

Bad quality products, and worse customer support (AI generated replies just stalling the process).
After a lengthy process (8 months!) I finally got a refund through my bank as they could reverse the transaction, but the amount of grief the company has caused me is horrific.

To top it all of - just as I got refunded I received an email from ByCastello that they want me to "retract the issue to avoid further delays" - clearly a direct scam to be able to get out of the refund.

Stay away. I hope the people responsible will somehow be held accountable.

I ordered some shoes for my daughter, when they arrived - weeks too late, they looked like a poor relative of the picture on the website, shoddy quality and far too big. It's incredibly hard to return anything - I'm a week on from emailing for instructions and still don't have them, and will have to pay for the postage return despite the shoes not being what I ordered. DO NOT USE BY CASTELLO

Absolutely awful to purchase from, the quality is so bad in fact the worst I’ve ever seen

T&Cs are not described truthfully and the returns descriptions
Had to return items to China at £25 cost

STAY AWAY !!

They sent the wrong size jumper and offered a discount if I kept it.
I declined the offer and sent it back.
Their tracking has said "in customs" in China for 4 months now and there is no response from the company.
I feel conned.

If only I could rate this 0 stars I would. This company is a pile of shit. Purchased items at the beginning of 2025, items were nothing like the picture, sizing was off & quality was poor! Keep in mind I spent approximately £130. They gave me the run around with constant back and forth by email for months refusing to agree to a refund. After persistent chasing they eventually agreed. I eventually posted back the items to the address they provided paying an extra £33 postage for only the items to be sitting in customs for MONTHS! I posted these items back in April 2025 for it only to be returned back to me in NOVEMBER! 7 months no refund and left with unsuitable items! So I ended up £160 out of pocket! No one use this fraudulent company!

I had to choose 1 star or couldn't write a review. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE OR ANYTHING ELSE.
The dress that I ordered did not resemble the picture in anyway. The material was absolutely dreadful, the colour nothing like. It cost £35 to send back to China, that was 12/08/25 and still it is sat with customs in China. You cannot do a chargeback with your bank either. Unless you like wasting your money do not order anything. This company deserves 0 stars.

Dont buy clothes from them, bunch of scammers. I should have read the reivews before.
