Scam
I ordered two products in March 2023. They never came and after a couple of e-mails with staff where they just repeated that they had issues with the provider, I canceled my order. I am still waiting for my money and sent e-mails about it but no reply from them.

Bad experience and a very poor service
I placed my order on 13th of April and still haven’t received anything. The expected delivery date was 26th of April but no one notified me about the delay. While they state order waiting time 2-9 days. According to the support answer I should get the parcel in the end of the week but I haven’t got any information about tracking number. No excuses! All this time my money has been locked on my account. They even have the audacity to charge for delivery with such a poor service!
