I recently purchased a brand new BYD from the Truro dealership and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress free.
A special thank you to Chicaine, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was ready for collection. Nothing was too much trouble.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and would happily recommend BYD Truro to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a great buying experience. Also I’m happy to report that we made the 200 mile journey in the atto 2 comfort without needing to recharge 😜Thank you again

Both Chelsea and Chicaine were very helpful, we dealt with Chelsea first and she couldn't have been more helpful. We then dealt with Chicaine as it was Chelsea's day off and she was just as helpful, both very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the valeting of the vehicle, they did offer a revalet but we are 20 odd miles away and didn't have the time to accept the offer, but this does not detract from the service we receive from the girls.

The sales staff were very knowledgeable, they were not pushy but seemingly more interested in providing all the information required to make an informed decision. The test drive was arranged the same day, the offices were plush and we were made to feel at ease throughout the process. Over all service was of a high standard, therefor we would recommend.

Easy booking process for servicing; proactive communication from the service department team; prompt service at the appointed time and full feedback.

Can honestly say the whole BYD experience was excellent from the initial test drive through to the purchase of a new Dolphin Surf…a very impressive car. I was assisted by both car sales staff Chelsea & Chicaine on several occasions & who were pleasant informative & very helpful.

From first viewing and test drive Chelsea and Chicaine were so helpful . They answered all our questions and made the process of ordering , buying and delivery of our Sealion5 so easy . They kept us in the loop of delivery time and when we picked the car up Chicaine was very thorough and professional in the handover . Would definitely recommend BYD Truro .

The staff were just so helpful, cars were in stock and therefore easy to test drive

We were driving past BYD Truro on our way to Kingsley Village Shopping Centre and decided to stop and look at a BYD dolphin. We met Chicaine Bennetts and had a test drive. We were very impressed and saw a used Dolphin Surf Boost which we also drove. A very fair deal was offered on this and the sale was concluded. Throughout this process we were most impressed with Chicaine. She was calm, relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in her interaction with us.

I can’t the the girls at BYD Truro enough they absolutely bent over backwards for us, I have no problem recommending them and would use them again, also my BYD dolphin surf is amazing.

CHICAINE as well the other members of staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in the complete range of BYD vehicles.
There was no pressure to purchase which made us feel comfortable to ask questions and receive knowledgeable feedback.

our sales person Chicaine was a fountain of knowledge on all aspects of the car we were looking to purchase (Seal udmi) and answered all our questions (sorry thier were quite a few). At no time was she pushy or give any hard sell chat,Chicaine left us to browse at our leisure and made the whole expirience of test drive and buying the car a plesure. thank you full marks from us.

Chicaine was very helpful when we were looking at the available models and organised a deal on a de-fleeted model which was exactly what we wanted.

We were looking at a BYD and Truro BYD came highly recommended, we worked with Chicaine who was knowledgeable and always had a good handle on stock nationally. Chicaine always responded very quickly either by email or phone and assisted with every aspect.

Chicaine at Truro was most professional, informative and helpful with our recent purchase of a BYD Atto, with which we are very pleased.
She coped particularly well as a lone worker with multiple drop-ins when handing over our car by appointment.
BYDs are great cars at good prices so it’s going to get busier in Truro. Maybe consider employing more staff but they will have to be as personable and lovely as Chicaine!

We are very pleased with the car and after being a bit sceptical about going Electric now embrace it completely.
Chicaine who sold us the car was very approachable and efficient and went out her way to help.

Dan helped us find and purchase our dream car. No question was too small or silly. He was patient and helpful. He kept us up to date through the whole process, and made sure we had a point of contact. He is also just the loveliest bloke. We would definitely recommend going down to BYD Truro and speaking to Dan.

From booking a test drive, to buying a Sealion 7 Excellence, Chicaine couldn't have been more helpful. We test drove a Sealion Design, and when we returned she pointed out an Excellence newly delivered, needless to say, it was the one.
The whole process was easy, especially as we were on holiday during the process of trading in our car and transferring the number plates, all was done via email and over the phone.
On the handover Chicaine went through the infotainment and controls and gave us plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with the car before driving off.
I would recommend BYD Probus, the helpful staff, no pushy product sales , and good communication made the whole process less stressful.

Just bought BYDseal u from byd southwest whuch is excellent car and i was served by Chicaine Bennetts who is very good at her job serve me really well also helped me with my insurance which took 3 hours to get insured but she was with me all the time till I got insured she deserve five stars for her job and beautiful smile and customer services Thank you
