ByeFine is a UK website for drivers who have been sent a parking ticket or another penalty notice: a council Penalty Charge Notice, a private parking charge, a bus lane or yellow box penalty, or a ULEZ or Clean Air Zone charge. You send a photo of the notice. ByeFine reads it and tells you, free, whether it is worth challenging and why, with the grounds and the last day to challenge, before asking for anything. If the case looks weak, it says so. If you go ahead, ByeFine writes the appeal in your name, using only what the notice shows and what you tell us, and files it with whoever issued the notice, for one fixed fee. If we cannot file it, you get a full refund. You follow the case on your own case page to the issuer's decision, and if the issuer refuses, we can take it on to the independent adjudicator or appeals service for a second fee, only if you want us to.
