First, I would like to say im really dissapointed from the lack of transparency from this business and them deleting low rating reviews.

I was really excited to finally purchase these tights/bye leggings after contemplating for a while. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t lived up to expectations.

Shipping took over a month, which was already a bit frustrating, but I was still eager to give them a try. As soon as they arrived, I removed the tags, washed them, and wore them. Sadly, the fit and material were disappointing. I’m typically between a L and XL, and I opted for a L expecting a more supportive, "sucked-in" fit. However, the waistband didn’t provide the expected hold, and the overall fit felt oddly loose despite sizing down. I have to pull them up every 2 seconds.

The material was another downside for me. The cotton fabric is cheap and seems to attract everything—lint, hair, and dust—making them look messy quickly, and I find myself having to clean them constantly. For the price, I expected better quality, but unfortunately, I think similar options are available for a fraction of the cost (like I wouldn’tt even pay $10 for these).

I really wanted to love these, but they are the definition of false advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

They should be called Beyond Unacceptable. They stole my money!

I sent them item back and they issued me with a gift card. Of course they also charged $10 for a return shipment. So when I tried to use this gift card it said it is invalid. I contacted them and they told me that they are sorry but the code expires after 90 days. Wait, what???? Are you kidding me? So in other words they stole my money. Luckily for me I am a person who never gives up on something like this so the battle is about to start.

Poor customer service. Scammers, no product and will not return your funds. They are so quick to address bad reviews in the most professional way when the brand is exposed.

Please do not order anything from this company. They are complete scammers. I ordered over $200 in merchandise that was the wrong size and I sent it back. They are refusing to sent my money back or swap for different sizes. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and they will not respond. Please avoid these scammers at all costs. You will regret it.

If you want quality clothing, this is not the place to buy. You are better off buying better quality and cheaper clothing with free shipping from ASOS. Aside from that, ASOS is more European and ships for free to the USA with free returns, unlike Byegreis, she won't issue a refund back to your payment method but a gift card with 50% of what you paid. So if you purchased something for 100, expect to get a gift card back for 50.00, never again! Stay away! She is also RUDE!

Buyer beware! Not. A BBB acredited business. The items are cheap quality and ill fitting. They don't take returns, they only issue store credit. I pre-ordered an item months ago for holidays, still no item. As folks have said she will erase negative comments, that's why you only see 5 stars on her page. You need to be honest and transparent in business because that's the only way you will grow. Plus there is no customer service number, only email..which takes days to respond. Then you respond back and you won't hear from them until a day later. Impossible to get resolved.

The legging are such crap, not worth the the price or hype. If you write a constructive negative review on her site it somehow never makes it so this may be the only way to warn others not to shop. The owner is a megalomaniac who reaches out to you about the negative review and instead of fixing or listening to the issue she unsubscribes or blocks you. I had bought 1 legging, 2 sweaters and they were all such ridiculous fitting and quality. I could not return bc I bought on sale, I couldn't even resell on mercari for $10.

My very first time buying from this company and it never got delivered to me. Company refused to help at all and kept saying they are not responsible for lost or missing packages. They were very blunt about it and not helpful at all. I want to make sure others are aware of their customer service or lack of.

I ordered two items (egi leggings and adeline top) but separately in one day, so I received two order numbers and paid for two shipping. 1. Horrible quality. Made from cheap fabric from China. They’re definitely not affordable luxury, they’re expensive low quality.
I’m not exaggerating when I say cheap, it’s shein cheap.

2. They sent my two items in one package. I emailed them saying I paid for two shipping charges. They responded that the combined weight adds up so the costs for them is same as two labels. LIES. LIES. LIES. When I received the parcel, it says 2 ounces, FIRST CLASS MAIL. The cheapest shipping method. First class mail, UP TO 8 OUNCES, is THE SAME PRICE. So they LIED and kept my $4.99 (I know it’s not much, but the fact that they do that to make extra is disgusting, when the owner lives in a mansion with many designer making 5 to 6 figures a DAY.

3. I wanted to return the egi tshirt and the leggings but the leggings I ripped off the tag on accident so I respecting that, I only inquired about the egi tshirt. I UNDERSTAND you only accept store credit because your greedy, but if your customer is NOT SATISFIED with your cheap quality, you should accept the request for a refund.

They’re not even that small of a brand as they claim. The owner posts her daily sales as mentioned before 5 to 6 figures a DAY. Always in designer/luxury and you can’t accept a return for refund for a UGLY HORRIBLE CHEAP QUALITY tshirt with the tags still on?!

Don’t shop here. Not worth your money.
Honestly if they were cheaply priced like shein, sure shop, but they’re price right now?
NOPE. Not worth.
