Two of the products was expired and I was asked to throw them away but never got other products instead of them

I am extremely grateful to Goodiebox…

I am extremely grateful to Goodiebox for their offers. I am the type of person that doesn’t like to spend a lot of money on care products, at least because I was always worried that I could spend a fortune and the product would just not be good for me. Due to Goodiebox I discovered so many new products and I became much more disciplined with my self-care routine. And I just love most of the products. Totally worth it!

No customer service

I saw an ad on Insta followed a link and signed up. For some reason my address didn’t save. I get an email to add my address every day. However despite following this link or trying to add my address on my account it isn’t accepted. I have both sent several emails and chat messages but nobody answers. They’ve taken my money happily. Just a scam.

The box was packed with care (and can be re-use for other purpouse like home organizer).
Very interesting products. The Box has a good price - quality rapport.
The customer service is also five stars :-) 👍
I had problems with a delivery and the customer service feedback was very quickly. The problem was solved in the best possible way. Finally I can only advise you to subscribe this box with confidence. Satisfaction guarantee 😍

Can't get enough

I am reallyyyy enjoying my Goodie boxes! I don't usually feel comfortable spending a lot of money on beauty products but with the Goodie box, I get super high-quality products at a great price! I am a sucker for trying new things and I love the variety I can get every month with the diverse products from the boxes. It basically feels like Christmas every month (the only difference is that the GoodieBox Santa can read my thoughts and send me the best gifts always!) and I cannot wait to see what I will receive next :)
Additionally, Team Happiness is the definition of good customer care! I always got prompt, kind, and clear replies to my requests. Keep up the amazing work!
Finally, I really appreciate all the videos posted monthly for each product included in the box. Using these beautiful real women of all ages to show how the different products are used makes this whole experience 1000x more real and relatable.
