Customer service you actually feel connected to
Their customer service is friendly and helpful and they take the time to give you that extra little feedback even when they don't have to. It makes it more human which feels refreshing.

I have always been really happy with this company and it's products. One of the best things is, if you have a problem or some of the products you get is broken, it's easy to write to them and they are fast to help get the problem solved or send you a new product.

I simply love the concept. It’s like Christmas eve once a month, when the box arrives. It gives you the chance to try a lot og different products at find new favourites of products for hair, skin and make up.

The products and price are good. The staff are kind ane respond quickly. You can refund your box if it doesnt really fit your needs. When I wanted to refund a box, they even sent me sorry-gifts to make up for it, without any fee!!
I am so happy to be a member if goodiebox. Im so satisfied and content!

Goodiebox - the box of them all! I am super super happy about my little "treat" I give myself every month. The box is always full of surprises and it never really get's boring.
The most amazing thing about Goodiebox is the insight I get into new products that are on the market. It's really cool.
