I don’t know how they do it, but I feel as if each monthly Goodie Box was put together especially for me! (I’m sure others feel this way too). I’m never disappointed. The products inside are fantastic and are things you can use almost daily. I can easily tell that each box is put together thoughtfully with love and care - you really get your money’s worth!

Scammers
I have unfortunately fallen for this fraudulent company. My bad. I signed for the subscription - monthly delivery if one box, price 299kr. First box I would get for sale price 150kr. I said- ok, lets try it.
I ordered my box, paid 150kr. On the statement one could read that it was paid for periode 13/12/24-12/1/25.
I enjoyed the box, was expecting another one during january.
In the beginning of january I got an email that my january package is on its way. Ok, I thought, now Im going to get it in the beginning of every month.
The package has never arrived.
It was lost on the way.
I filed the complaint.
I got promised a new one.
The new one arrived 24/1/25.
Not only one, but two boxes.
Different ones.
I was kinda suprised, didn't understand what was happening.
Checked my bank account.
Yes, I was charged for both of them.
Contacted Goodiebox again.
They informed me that even if I have a subscription stating once a month delivery I can experience "irregularities" first two months.
Irregularities = I received 3 boxes in the periode of 5 weeks and 4th was on its way!!
So no one box a month, 299kr.
Not in the wildest dream.
But was charged 3 times in one month periode!
It is a daylight robbery.
Their customer service keeps repeating generic shiet.
They are not gone reimburse my loss.
Thieves.
Im going to take it further in media and til Forbrukerrådet

You informed me that the box is send out in the beggining of every month.
Your extensive "explanation" still didn't explain how ONE BOX A MONTH suddenly becomes 4 BOXES IN 5 WEEKS.
Scamming customers while calling it "irregularities". Really, the audicity!
This is the mail I reveives saying I MIGHT RECEIVE UP TO 2 BOXES DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS.
Math is not your strong trait, obviously.

In the first 1-2 months after signup, there are still some irregularities in the payment and shipping rhythm.
We have sent you the first box directly after your signup so that you don't have to wait until the release of the new box and can really enjoy your first products 🤗
After that, you pay and receive the second box about 2-3 weeks later.
You can read more about our onboarding-schedule in our Terms and Conditions, as well as our FAQ. The payment dates can also be found in your Member Universe, and in the email you received when you signed up!
Here at Goodiebox, we dont have any binding period. You can therefore always cancel your subscription any time. If you prefer a little break from the boxes, you can also skip a box, and wait until the payment of the next one⭐️
I can see that we have already been in contact over email. Please reach out to us again if anything stays unclear.

Most of the products are useful, I've gotten a lot of self tanning products that are pretty useless and feel gross though.
Thank you for responding. If you could have some form of contouring products and/or more products geared for extra dry skin that would be amazing. The Nordics are both cold and very dry which is damaging on curly hair and skin.

More personalized items
I like that I was introduced to many products through the goodieboxes that I really like.
I don't like that boxes are no longer delivered by the door and I have to pick them up from the supermarket.
I don't like that many products included are ones that are not necessarily used or useful to many people and many of those products are repetitive unfortunately. For example, hairspray or cream before or after shaving or particular make up items. I would like if products are kept to basic and useful stuff such as creams, shower gels, etc. Things that will be used by most users.
Perhaps items can be a bit more personalized, without asking customers to pay for that!
It could be that I've been a member for a long time and now I don't get items that excite me as much like before so if they are useful at least, that would be still worth it.

Great products with amazing customer service
I ordered two skøn limited edition boxes from the Goodiebox, which I recently received. The boxes are packed really nice, all the products were in places. One slight minus is that it took a little bit too long to receive the parcel, but it was well compensated by the customer service. The Goodiebox team responded very fast and in very kind and polite manner, doing everything they can to help. Overall, I had a 5-star experience with them and definitely will order more of their boxes, to enjoy my me-time.

Excellent service. Fast answer on questions. The best quality in products i feel. Im 64 and have gone through failures, bought exp products just to find out its not good and just to throw, or not quite satisfied. Makeup allways big interest, since 50's also skin treat, hands, hair etc . Just regret i didnt get member at GB before. Received 2 boxes so far but can say its the best deal, after 40+years of experience with different brands, diff prod. Now i can test all at home, give myself luxurious treat, it is calming and a good escape too, from all everyday duties. And put xtra order for the products i like best. I ve fell in love with Goodiebox ♥️🤭
