Love the lashes but I need more 10MM!
I ordered a few times at lashbabe and I’m so happy! It’s easy to apply, I tried every mm but the 10mm is my favorite it looks natural like your own lashes but with volume unfortunately it’s always sold out ( maybe more in the 10mm ) ! The delivery is always fast and in time, except for this time but I blame PostNL for it. They were two days late but send a message it was delivered.
Overall I’m happy with lashbabe so there for I am a happy customer. Keep it up girls 💜.

Wrong lashes delivered
I’m still waiting on the correct lashes. The wrong ones were sent to me and customer service has not been accommodating at all. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Terrible customer service and false advertisement
Terrible customer service and false advertisement. Bylashbabe promoted 1day delivery so I decided to buy this product before I went on my 4 month internship abroad. It took almost a week and by that time I already left the country. When contacted them about the issue they where very uninterested and didn't help at all, still haven't received an answer on my latest email.
Besides that they have more false advertisement, the lashes don't stay on for 5-7 days and didn't receive the extra "gift" they promised on the website.

The lashes should be able to stay in place for 5-7 days, the only reason this could deviate is due to incorrect application. We will be happy to provide you with detailed advice in the mail.
Our standard shipping time is 1-2 working days with PostNL, with Trunkers it is ordered before 10:30 on a working day, delivered today. Otherwise, it will be delivered the next working day.

It does not work at all, please save your money because it's just a waste. 60 euro for something that does not even stay for 8 hours is just insane.

Terrible products. Waste of money
I’ve never written a review before which shows how much I care for the products I received and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the same as I did nor waste their money. I’ve ordered 2 sets of extra babe lashes, the bond, the seal, and the remover. The lashes are very thick and 1 of them is not the same pair despite the fact that I ordered the same set of lashes! The glue is very thick and heavy hence the false lashes are not able to stick for long on your natural lashes. Moreover, it took almost a week for my order to arrive. To be honest I’ve read many bad reviews about Bylashbabe but I never thought to believe them and it wanted to experience it myself. Now I can fully say that I regret my 60€ of purchase. But please let this be the lesson for you all. Do not make the same mistakes that I did by ordering from Bylashbabe! Trust me, you will regret it.
