Thank you for your review! It means the world to us to receive feedback about your experiences when shopping at byLindgren.com. However, we are absolutely sorry about your negative review, but we understand your frustration about the missing parcel. 😢 We took immediate action upon your request and searched for the parcel at the shipping company, but unfortunately, their expedition time can be up to 30 days. 🧐 As written in the e-mails to you, we cannot do anything else than keep reminding the shipping company and keep you updated about delivery status.
It is definitely not satisfying to wait so long for your parcel. However, we do hope that you understand that the delayed delivery time is a bit out of our hands!
As promised we did a full refund this weekend and the money will return to you within 1-3 week days even though this deviates from our normal procedure. Iin other words, we tried our best to please you! ♥️ A full refund normally be made when a parcel has been declared away by the shipping company, but in this case, the parcel is still in transit, however, with delayed delivery.

I bought a jacket for my daughter, and when I found exist also for adults, and then I contacted this webshop directly for my size, as I didnt find at other stores, and they reply fast and I was able to buy inmediately, and once time received, I tried and fits me perfect!
