I initially experienced a delivery issue and my order was unfortunately returned to the sender. However, the Loftie support team handled the situation exceptionally well.

The product itself looks amazing. Still need to figure out the sounds, the unwind routine and stuff, but already love my Loftie-clock. The design is fantastic, sound is good, and light you can adjust easely with the strength you wish for.

I bought my children a loftie each for their bedrooms. The dim red night light is perfect and hard to find elsewhere (UK). I love that the app is not needed to control all aspects of the device. My children love their Lofties and even took them on holiday. I have been very happy with the customer service too.
