When I first received this bag I was…

When I first received this bag I was overjoyed. However, I don’t think the quality matches the price point. They are clearly cutting some corners and the crossbody strap of my bag broke when I was on vacation after about one month of use. The loose threads and cheap glue came undone. I would be wary of the high reviews on their site. I’m going to attempt some sort of exchange or refund but I doubt it will fix the quality issue. Great designs, nice leather, cheap construction.

Premium prices, not premium service

pretty bags, but the most unprofessional and chaotic handling I have ever experienced.
Ordered 6 items. Here’s the summary:

- one item was not available
- one bag came with scratched hardware
- one item was charged for, but not sent
-two items came half-ready with missing zippers
- one item had a very different colour from the online display

Return is still going on after weeks. First, they send someone for pickup without letting me know, now I ask them to reschedule and I have gotten no reply for 2 weeks.

No telephone number available, upon request they don’t call you back, so you have to rely on an email reply. This order was worth almost 2.500€.

The offer that I got to ‚make up‘ for this chaos? To not charge me a return fee. How generous.

Stunning pieces, cherished gifts

I've used MILANER pieces since 2019, each one distinct and beautiful that always gets compliments, especially the Elena tote! I've also gifted several to friends who still talk about how much they love them. Yes, these are an investment but I see the value in supporting small makers and a supply chain that works in real time.

Perfect everyday bag, loving the quality and versatility.

I’ve been using the Elena bag from Milaner daily for almost a year now—as a work bag, for leisure, and even for travel—and it has proven to be incredibly durable and versatile. The leather and woven detailing are stunning, comparable to high-end luxury brands.
This bag exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely order again!

Bag is falling apart after a few months…

Bag is falling apart after a few months of use. Customer support is telling me that warranty only lasts for 6 months which is insane considering what they charge for the bags. Although I ordered the bag in December I only started using it a few months ago because it's a summer colour. Their website quotes "Real craftsmanship reflects real caring, and real caring reflects our attitude about ourselves, about people, and about life." They obviously don't practice what they preach in any way, I experienced none of the above and will never spend money on this brand again. I will be reporting this to my credit card company that has comprehensive insurance cover and hopefully I can get some money refunded.
