Delivery took over 1 month without clear communication from Nuvelli or ETA. My water bottle arrived missing parts, their customer service was great because I didn't ask for a refund, they sent a replacement bottle which took another month to arrive. The first bottle they sent was the bottle displayed in the add, this was missing parts and had a manufacturing fault as the time stamps on the side of the bottle go 11am 12am 1pm which is incorrect. The replacement bottle was a random bottle that looks nothing like the one advertised, does not come with a sip or straw option like advertised and is a smaller bottle than what I paid for. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Nuvelli as you don't receive what you paid for.

Have waited two months for my order to arrive. They use wanabeexpress for the courier company. Worse joke ever as the package never arrives. Nuvelli will tell you to be patient, not to worry that there is no way to contact the courier company, that your package will arrive. We'll it doesn't. Don't buy Nuvelli!

My experience with this company was terrible. My issue is with their returns promise.
I was assured if the product wasn’t suitable I could easily return it. Not the case.
After 4 attempts contacting them they finally replied and said I could have a refund for a fraction of the purchase price, get a credit for a slightly larger amount or arrange my own return by paying to ship the product back to China. Don’t buy from them unless you’re 100% sure the product is what you need.
