Zero customer service
I have still
not received my order after 3.5 weeks. The website said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. There is no information on the tracking site. I have emailed several
times and received no reply. I have messaged on their chat line - nothing. I also had to cancel a different order. I was told I would receive a refund - again nothing. The telephone number I found on their legal info was incorrect.
