Thank you for leaving your feedback. As discussed, we did send out the package and the track and trace information to you. The courier sent us a delivery confirmation as we have showed you, so you should have received the package. If you claim that you did not receive the package, we have to investigate this with the courier. We strive incredibly hard here to make every customer experience enjoyable. But we hope that you understand that we have to investigate this with the courier to find the package and we cannot refund every claim right away without checking what's wrong.
