Needed a bit of shopping in Wickes, where my byond card is taken. In 30 days I will get some money back on the card for the spend I made, so I can spend it again. :-)
It's a nice App, the top-ups are easy. There is a good variety of shops available.
It would be good to have the card available on one of the wallet stores, as I quite often go out without the card - but always have my phone with me.

Brilliant Reward Card. I have had this reward card for six years and have earned so much cashback which I use to treat myself. I use it several times each month knowing I am being rewarded for spending on it.

I regularly use my BYond card when I am shopping to see what cashback I can earn in retailers. From groceries and toiletries, to clothes and electricals, I can save on most things I need. It's easy to top up and check your balance and nice to see the savings pot build up.

A good app but takes a while to see how much cash back you have from a single transaction, However the app is very user friendly.

Great cashback but would like it to work on Google pay

Good card but frequently gets declined even though the shop accepts it because they haven’t updated their systems. Could have more retailers also. Cashback is average in most shops with a few offering a higher rate.

Very good and convenient product. The app and the card itself is temperamental sometimes but overall happy with it.

Card sometimes doesn’t work at participating retailers. Limited number of retailers available. Only have as a work benefit.

Customer services is not great. They don't know what's going on when you ask a questions related to the card.

I recently acquired a Byond card and was charged a card processing fee. Upon receiving the card, I reviewed the list of accepted retailers and discovered that major stores, such as Tesco, were not included. As the card's limited acceptance made it impractical for my needs, I promptly cancelled it. To my surprise, my request for a refund of the card processing fee was denied. I consider this policy to be both wrong and unethical. I urge bYond card management to immediately refund the card processing fee.
Upon receiving my bYond card, a £5 charge was applied. Given that I have since canceled the card due to it not meeting my requirements, I request a refund of this charge.
I find the processing fee for my Byond Card to be unwarranted. I specifically called your contact center to clarify the nature of this fee and was assured it was refundable. This directly contradicts the undisclosed non-refundable policy. Since I have not used the Byond Card for any transactions whatsoever, I feel I've been treated unfairly and request a refund of the processing fee.

I don’t like to carry cards around as I use ApplePay however this card is not supported.

The available retailers listing would be dramatically improved if it was available prior to signing in.

I havent got any experience yet because I havent received the card.

Easy to use the website and haven't had any issues with using this card

Doesn’t really cover where I like to spend.
I have never received any cash back from my purchases; everything is pending - permanently.
Not going to use the card again, or put money on it to use.

Would be a 5/5 if I could set it up so I could use it on my Apple Pay wallet so I don’t have to carry the card around with me like all my other cards

The website cannot be visualized properly both with edge and chrome browsers. The app has a lot of design issues, as icons that appears below the phone controls (so hard to select).

Wouldn’t bother. You cannot add the card to Apple Pay, can’t view the card details in the app, the authentication hardly works and the list of retailers is poor.
Seems like their software engineers are 10 years behind and can’t keep up…
