Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Emailed twice on their support email, both ignored.
No tracking details for package, absolutely zero communication. Will be contacting payment platform for refund.

I contacted you weeks ago. I've had to chase daily. You've asked me below to repeat the steps I've already taken, so your response is farcical. I've had to fight with your so-called 'Customer Service' for two weeks and they ignore previous correspondence when offering a 'solution' - if they'd actually read what's been written they would realise their offer was clearly unsuitable, but they unfortunately ignore their customers. Ordered last year so returned, this debacle has cost my custom and meant I've ordered from Karat - delivered in under 48hrs and amazing service, not to mention their product is absorbed much better than yours, with a great tan and no damage to clothes. Less expensive too.
Win-Win-Win-Win.

I ordered tanning cream for the first time using this company I received a email saying that my order was delivered I checked my door bell camera no delivery I got I touch with the customer service thy said that I would have to wait till they looked into it fair enough 5 days later evri de delivered my order the delivery guy actually threw my order on to the ground I seen this on my camera I won’t be returning to this company imagine what would have happened if my order was breakable

Very bad hair product. My hair was even more damaged then before. The Garnier from drugstore is 10000x better then this “expensive” joke. I definitely don’t recommend it at all!!! Stay away from this crap.

Fabulous product.
Came across this Web site by chance, I'm soooo happy.web site has loads of product to choose, I bought a tub from a store, then bought two extra from there Web site...I can not believe how brown I got, two hours max a day if I'm lucky ? The backs of my legs are brown !!! It gives you a good tan but it also makes your skin feel soft , I don't think I would use anything else now, I'm telling all my friends about the product!!

Hair mask
The hair mask that I received was opened with the product partially outside and the consistence of the hair after the apply of the mask was unpleasant "plastic effect".
I will not order it again.
The shampoo has a good smell but the same final effect of the hair mask.

Very slow despatch
Took over a week to despatch and they only responded when I said I wanted to cancel my order.
Order finally arrived today so I can't comment on the product but I won't order again due to delay in sending.
Also, I found it slightly annoying to receive an email where I was addressed as 'babe'

Beware of false advertising and false promotions followed by a Failure to honour their obligations even when you have paid in full. BARBARIA EXOTIC BRONZE is a better product with actual visible results and a far better scent & definitely better value for money.

Great item and fast delivery but change the £4.99 extra
Great item and fast delivery don’t bother with the £4.99 gift it’s a tiny after sun every time!! Which is not worth the price they need to change it to something else as I have loads of it I keep thinking it’s going to be something different but it never is .
