A company to AVOID at all costs.
I placed an order with them for Travis Scott x Jordan 1 Low ‘Fragment’sneakers, after a “discount” I paid almost €1000. To date, I’ve received no information about my order, and all Emails, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram DMs have been ignored. Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Do yourself a favour and AVOID them at all costs.
Be very careful when ordering from this company anyone can make up reviews on their website. I have places an order nearly 2 weeks ago and still no update on shipping when it says 2-3days shipping on their website. Also they were very responsive when they wanted me to place an order but now for a week I have been chasing them and still had no response.
I have received a pair after 2 weeks of waiting and the pair that turned up is fake. Contacting them for a returns label now and they are not responding for that either.
