AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Ordered two dresses with 2–3 day shipping advertised. It’s been over two months — no items, no tracking, no updates, no replies.

I emailed and messaged them repeatedly. They ignored everything. When I commented publicly on Instagram asking for an update, they deleted my comment and ignored my DM while still being active.

They took the money and disappeared. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank.

This girl is clearly running a scam. Avoid this website at all costs!

I have ordered from her a few times last year and did not have issues however this time I ordered 3 outfits on 1st October and nothing has been received till date. I have sent multiple emails and no response. I will be taking this further!

In the past I have bought from her but this August I ordered outfits for summer and nothing got delievered, emailed numerous times and got no response.
In the past she has replied and even sorted out an issue. So very starrange and disappointing.

I ordered a ruffle kaftan dress. The kaftan dress arrived with the tie holes misaligned at the front. This made the dress completely unwearable and definitely needed to be returned.

I contacted them in the email address from the website and Sabina Khan replied. The most unprofessional and unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. I told her the situation and demanded a complete refund including the 3.50£ shipping cost I paid. She just replied with an address to return the product and said she will not return the shipping cost as it is against their policies. I asked what if I receive faulty product, how is that my fault, why should I pay to receive a faulty item. But not replies, nothing. To check I went back to the website and the item I bought was not there which proves that the entire batch was probably faulty which made them remove the listing.

I returned the item on 13/06/25 and I had to pay 4.50£ in return shipping. I emailed them about the return, reached out to their instagram but no replies. So at this point I have payed 45£ for a kaftan which was faulty, 3.50£ for shipping and 4.50£ for returning the product and the return was completely due to their fault for not making a product properly and not quality testing.

Anyways I waited for the refund and lost hope. I received the refund middle of August, 2 months later, only the 45£. Why did I have to pay for the shipping and return when the fault was completely theirs.

I found this company a scam and the owner to be of evil motive. Selling modest wear with immodest moral.

Ordered 3 abayas in May 2025 — one arrived with a strong scent. Returned it as instructed, but after that, no replies for over 3 months. Had to contact my bank for a refund. Totally ignored by the seller. Will never order again.

Very Disappointed – No Response and Still Waiting for Refund

I ordered a dress from Sabina K and paid extra for express delivery to ensure it would arrive before Saturday for an important event. Not only did it not arrive on time, but I’ve also had zero response to the multiple emails and messages I’ve sent trying to get an update.

This has been a complete inconvenience — I had to go out last minute and buy something else. At this point, I don’t even want the dress anymore and have requested a full refund, but still haven’t heard anything back.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially from a brand that charges premium prices. Really disappointed and would not order from them again unless this is resolved properly.

Returned 2 items of clothing, had to chase more than once for the return address. Items were sent via recorded/tracked delivery and confirmed they have been received. No refund despite emailing about this a few times now.

Horrible customer service, if you're reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON ARTIST OF A WEBSITE.

I have paid via credit card, hoping my credit card company can now sort this out on my behalf.

Terrible customer service – still no refund after 3+ weeks

I returned an item over three weeks ago using tracked Royal Mail delivery (which I paid extra for), and I’ve still not received my refund. I’ve messaged multiple times, been completely ignored, and have had zero communication from this business.

What’s worse is they’re very active on social media, posting daily, but clearly can’t be bothered to respond to paying customers. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional the service has been.

would not recommend buying from this business unless you’re okay with being ignored and possibly losing your money. Extremely disappointing.

Appalling service – refund still not received after 3 weeks

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I returned my parcel over three weeks ago via Royal Mail signed delivery, and I’ve emailed this company multiple times with no response. I even paid £9 out of my own pocket just to make sure the return was tracked and secure — and still, I’ve received no refund, no acknowledgment, nothing.

This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. You can’t just take people’s money and then ignore them when they follow up. I’ve given them more than enough time and patience, and now I’m having to go through Trading Standards to try and get this resolved.

Avoid this company at all costs - shocking customer service and zero accountability. If you need to return something, good luck getting your money back.

Also quality of clothing is poor and not even worth ordering from here I would avoid at all costs.

Don't buy from this brand, some of the stuff they sell look nothing like the pictures and not worth the money. Also, be aware that they will not refund your money but will quickly welcome returns. once you returns. Such businesses . No integrity whatsoever.
