I'd already text and emailed my Byte advisor with no replies after waiting over 4 days. Called the help line and was never transferred to a person. Texted the help line and received no reply. I continue to stand by my original review of 0 customer service.

I got a care card and everything, paid, did, and sent back my impression kit, got the little $300, almost $400 aligner care kit, and was told there was a service outage and my aligners would be delayed. I was suppose to get 9 Top aligners and 11 Bottom aligners. After weeks and right before I was about to make my first payment for aligners I don’t even have, they send me an email that they’re refunding me everything? I’m fuming because I’ve been wanting these aligners for YEARS. I’m going into the national guard and put down I would be having aligners on my application (I placed the order and was waiting for them to arrive) and it’s too late to go find another company that will probably charge me an arm and a leg just to screw me over.

I’m giving it 1 star bc it’s been a couple months now and I have received everything except for the aligners itself. Byte does not keep you updated on where there packages are there is no way to track it so rn I’m just praying i actually get my aligners and I’m hoping im not getting scammed. If i would’ve known I was gonna wait forever for em I wouldn’t have gotten them. Bc it’s not worth the headache.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. No sense of urgency for their patients. I waited for over a week to get an answer for my impression kit that didn't fit. Still haven't received an answer or solution, just an email letting me know I've been refunded and nothing more. Very unprofessional thank you for wasting my time and getting my hopes up.

Got my kit. Was texting with a specialist who literally ghosted me once my kit arrived. I have been texting and calling while leaving msgs for the last 3 days. Nobody has answered or called me back. My top impressions don’t fit. I am at a haunt with my process and progress. Nobody has helped me.

You took my order & then paused production!
After weeks of speaking with Byte, I placed my order on 10/21/24. On 10/25/24 they announced they were pausing production and refunding everyone who hadn’t received aligners yet. Except they never told anyone; I came upon this information my own by visiting their website on 10/30/24 to track my production. Still waiting for the promised refund.

Ordered the aligners so they can send the mold they say 1-2 days shipping charged me 17.95 and then refunded it and it’s been 6 days to 7 days and nothing ever came. At this point also I read reviews and I did not like what I was hearing about byte.

I was assigned a specialist who doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. I tried calling the general byte line and remained on hold for over a half hour. So I requested a call back and left my phone number but no one called me back and it's been almost a week. I'm using another service as Byte clearly doesn't care about getting new customers.

They emailed me and I responded but then they proceeded to blow up my phone with texts about the exact things I answered in the email while I was at work and told them that. Then they sent me all the stuff I declined with no explanation so if you were going to send it anyways why was it offered as additional? Not thrilled and feel they jacked up the prices to include this stuff i didn't want
