These guys were great to work with. The communication with the project manager was always good, most the time getting responses in less than 24 hours.

The work was completed as expected and on schedule.

When our small company found BYTEFORGED, we were hopeful, but tentative due to our past experience with developers. Coming out of this experience, we are solid customers going forward. We are already discussing our next project with them.

From the initial meetings, going over our specifications, I was learning from them. Our contact is not a "salesman," he knows programming, he knows what needs to be included, and was able to ask pertinent questions that enabled us to receive, in the end, a product that was 100% compliant with our specifications, 100% on-time, and 100% on budget. In fact, after our specifications were finalized, we were given a price, a timeline with specific goals throughout per Sprint, and a payment schedule. The Sprints they work in enabled us to see the specific growth in a specific area, and to pay per Sprint. This showed us from the beginning that they were confident in their ability to deliver what they promised, and that we would be satisfied at each step. Finally, the inclusion of a "test" period to allow us to bring in users to verify the product, and the troubleshooting of small issues in the cost is amazing.

From the technical backend to the user-facing GUI, the product is a dream. They identified all of the outside resources we would need, signed us up for them, assisted us in setting up plans with each via descriptions of different levels they had, our current needs, as well as when we would need to upgrade them in the future, based on activity! They provide a detailed "user manual," so we can actually use the product and service our customers.

We are completely satisfied, and more, with the development of our project. The major factors to us were:
1- On time and budget
2- Compliant with specifications
3- On-going communication and meeting for each sprint with demonstrations of the achievement of the goal
4- A GUI that is usable and user-friendly
5- Inclusion of testing
6- A support document to enable us to use the product successfully and to the full capabilities
7- On-going warranty support period

As noted, we have already begun discussing our next project.

Can't thank the team at Byteforged enough, the entire team at was amazing. Working with them was an experience we will definitely look forward to repeating on future projects. We've worked with other developers in the past, but I don't think we'll be looking beyond Byteforged from now on.

The staff were knowledgeable, they offered a very reasonable price for the service they were offering, and they delivered exactly what they promised - and it was ON TIME!

Byteforged handled everything from taking our very basic specifications document and helping us built it out to a more complete planning doc. Planning a complex privacy and safety plans for our complex Health App. And even assisting with additional that came up as they were working on the project.

The quality of support has been amazing compared to previous developers. We had regular meetings throughout the development process where we were shown progress on the system and provided with reports about any delays or issues they were facing. We were handed a detailed set of operating instructions which we're using as the basis to write our FAQ and How To documents.

If I could rate them any higher than 5 stars, I would. The team went above, saving the app from previous errors I caused and helping us salvage an large scale proof of concept test.

We handed them scraps and they somehow delivered a gourmet meal out of them. We'll be signing on as regular customers, and we'll be recommending their services to everyone we meet. If you're in need of solid development services, then you've finally found them.

I recently had a great experience working with Byteforged. From start to finish, their communication was extremely diligent, keeping me informed and up-to-date throughout the project.

They demonstrated excellent time management skills, delivering everything on schedule (even a little bit early).

Most importantly, the quality of their work was top notch. They really took the time to understand my needs and requirements from the very beginning and delivered to my expectations.

Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of software development services. They really cared about my project as if it was one of their own.
