I've been running a Static Residential ISP Proxy (US) from Byteful (formerly Ping Proxies) for a few weeks now. The proxy itself has been consistently reliable — genuine residential ASN, stable IP, and low latency when chained through my own VPS. For long-lived AI/account use cases where IP consistency matters, this has been exactly what I needed.

I contacted support recently to move from the monthly plan to annual billing. Tim from the support team handled it end-to-end: quick reply, clear explanation of the options, and the switch was processed without any back-and-forth. He was polite, professional, and followed up to make sure everything looked right on my account.

Solid product and solid people. Five stars well earned.

Tim was extremely helpful in supporting the integration of their proxy with the program I work with. He was available online and guided me step by step through the entire process, making everything clear and easy to follow. His support was excellent, and he was very responsive throughout. So I am a complete beginner with using proxies, but the user experience of the platform made my on board journey very simple. The platform is nice, the quality of the products is nice, their support is great (willing to help a complete beginner like me). So overall, my experience with this service been amazing.

There was one time where I got a proxy that didn't seem very clean and was detected on some sites. but I contacted support and they replaced it without any hassle.

They have a professional customer service which I love. But the main reason I enjoyed their service the most is that they offer a very stable service. In my case, I used their residential proxy service, and while I also tried a dozen of other such companies last week, PingProxies had the best uptime I guess. The magic is that I used their service while my desired location was facing a digital blackout, but still they had online active nodes there! I think it is because of their large pool of proxies.

Purchased a set of Static Residential Proxies. A few were not in the best condition, but Ping Support helped me out immediately and swapped out as requested. Can't wait to see how these perform!

Not that happy with support when i asked for certain replacement proxies (right after i renewed subscription). Was told earlier that this would alloiw me to replace certain proxies. Switched providers therefore. Webshare.io seems to have way better functionality in that regard.

An awesome proxy provider if your goal is ease of use, unused proxies, and excellent customer support. They told me that they will only replace a proxy 4 hours after the purchase, if there's any problem. However, I forgot to check one proxy for days, and it turned out to have a negligible issue when I finally checked it. I told them my situation and they immediately replaced it with a new one, not once, but twice.

They are very helpful when you experience an issue with IPs, and will replace if there are issues. Speed of their residential proxies are impressive, with no downtime experienced. Very recommended.
