Avoid this provider
Avoid this provider. I purchased a 10-day eSIM, but the service was cut off well before the end of the term.
Their customer service is incredibly dishonest. Here are the facts, backed by my chat history:
• Contradictory information: They first confirmed in writing that activation was impossible before May 4th due to a technical issue on their end.
• Manual setup: On May 4th, I had to contact them again because the notification never arrived, and they provided a QR code for manual installation at 11:32 AM.
• Bad faith: Now, they claim the eSIM was activated on May 3rd "on their end" to justify the premature expiration.
This is a total contradiction of their own previous messages. When confronted with these facts, they simply stopped responding. They try to use every technical excuse possible (like blaming me for not deleting an old line) to avoid taking responsibility for their system errors.
Do not waste your money here. There are many other reliable providers who actually respect their customers and their own service agreements.
