Great customer service

Break in accessing data
The response to my problem was immediate,easy to follow,and the problem resolved all within 10 mins. Not easy for a 76 years old man not very internet savvy and vision impaired.... hahaha. Well done guys

Great customer service
I have an issue with esim and send an email to customer service team, their prompt reply to resolve the issue is really awesome and friendly approach, but the most important is that she even email the next few hours and have a it resolved the issue. And also gave me a complimentary one day esim. Thanks a lot! I have another trip this coming July 2026 and definitely use Bytesim for the trop.

ByteSim rescued this tech dinosaur in China
I am a dinosaur in terms of tech. Did not know that what is an eSIM till I had to get one to travel to China. Of course I got myself into a fix. I texted ByteSim on the WhatsApp number given and they immediately responded with very simple step by step instructions that even I could follow. Highly recommended!!

Stable eSIM with good reception and customer support service!
The reception for the eSIM for my use in Japan is stable and great. There is connectivity everywhere and no dead spots. Customer support is good and fast. They are quick in responding and helps to resolves issue immediately be it by WhatsApp or via email. I'm very impressed by ByteSim and I'll choose to get eSIM from them in the future!

Company defrauds people and doesn't refund
Didn't give a full refund on my esim that I purchased for Japan. I'm a regular customer of Bytesim and it's the first time I used their support system, heavily disappointed. The connection was very bad and I barely even used their sim, had to use wifi in most places. They only wanted to refund remaining days. Crazy that they want to cheat the customers of the the proper refund. Anaology: if I buy a TV and it only turns on 5 mins a day and try to return it later - should I only get a partial refund for a faulty TV?
