Good old fashioned customer service at its best
Sadly I cannot comment on the electric wheelchair itself as my partner passed away within a few weeks of us receiving it. What I can comment is the supplier and their staff. The chair arrived swiftly and in a perfect condition, even the delivery driver was most helpful. It was easy to get out of the box with a little help from a friend (I am 77 years old) with just a few simple items needing to be assembled. I alerted the company of my desire to return it due to the demise of my partner quite late in the 30 day free return period and I received more help from them than any of the official authorities on the long list of people who needed to be told. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody considering buying a wheelchair. Their customer support team could not have been better.
