Switched over from a different provider and the improvement in results is clear.

My plan on the 18th expired and didn't automatically renew. I repurchased a different plan, and on the 21st, three consecutive orders were charged. The automatic renewal is a scam. There's no cancel button, no credit card verification required, and the automatic renewal didn't happen in a timely manner. The multi-day fee wasn't charged until several days after I resubscribed. Customer service is nonexistent and hasn't responded, so it's unclear whether I'll get a refund.

At first, Bytezero seemed like a good service, but now their customer support is absolutely terrible. It’s basically non-existent — they don’t reply for days, and when they finally do, they just send a meaningless “Hi” without addressing the actual question. You ask again, and again they disappear for days. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.

On top of that, they are stealing data. For every 1GB of real usage, they deduct 3–4GB from your balance. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

I can no longer recommend Bytezero. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this service until they fix their dishonest practices and provide real customer support.

For every 4GB of actual usage, they take away 9GB.
They even have a dashboard so you can see your actual usage, and everything is fine there. But in the plan, they take away the 9GB. And I reported it, and they say everything's fine.

This started happening in the middle of last month, and it's never happened to me with them or any other provider.

I feel compelled to change providers because I don't plan on losing all those GB every day.

I've been using them for a while. Their old dashboard was a bit difficult to use, but the new update is a big improvement. Their resi proxies work great, and support responds quickly.
