Po miesiącu oczekiwania wciąż nie dostałem kluczy. Wielokrotnie próbowałem kontaktować się z supporetem, większość czasu byłem ignorowany, a kiedy już ktoś łaskawie odpowiedział to cały czas kłamał mówiąc, że dostane je w ciągu 2-5dni, do tego praktycznie nie da się z nimi komunikować w języku angielskim (nawet nie mówiąc o polskim) ponieważ nie są w stanie zrozumieć bardziej złożonych pytań, a same ich odpowiedzi wskazują na użycie jakiegoś translatora.

Dodatkowo kilka dni temu dostałem maila o treści :

customer, due to official restrictions, there is no card for the time being, we will refund you.

I to jest cytat 1:1. Mimo to wciąż nie dostałem swoich pieniędzy czy kluczy.

After month of waiting my order is sitll not completed. I tried to talk with customer service but they cant even speak basic english (Doris person please stop using google translate). And most of the time i was ignored anyway. And when i wasn't ignored they lied to me all the time... "you will key in 2-5 days".

But there is more. After this long time of waiting i got emial :

"hi,
customer, due to official restrictions, there is no card for the time being, we will refund you."

And thats 1:1 quote. No capital letters, "no card" when i was buying keys and of lie. Cuz there is no refund. I didnt get my money back.

Worst shop ever.
