Very easy site to use for descriptions and photos. Delivery on time items suitably packed now ready for a Easter fishing break.

Ordered on the Sunday arrived by Tuesday! Excellent service.

Only recieved half the order. No reply to emails

I was not impressed with the choice of tackle available on the site. I was given a gift token for Christmas and struggled to find something I liked. The site worked OK and the token was accepted with ease. But very limited stock. I can only guess that the shop is in its infancy and will improve with time.

3 of the 4 lures arrived in poor order, 1 of them had 13 chips of finish knocked off , including a deep gouge into the metal. I photographed the damage and emailed you twice, once to Perrys and another to BZS and you failed to reply to either, very poor customer service... I am now the dissatisfied owner of damaged lures with no recourse to further action, not good enough...

All fine except confirmation ended up as junk mail so didn’t see it for several days and was worried whether the payment taken was genuine. The strap line used for confirmation does look a bit weird.

I ordered the product on the 4/09/22 should have arrived on the 07/09/22 but still has not arrived yet. I have sent numerous emails to find out when I should recieve product but no reply I have also tried to call a few times but no one picks up the phone now the product is saying it is out of stock

Purchased some fishing weights online from BZS. Excellent quality at good prices. Unfortunately on arrival a note inside parcel to inform me of an item out of stock with refund issued. Sadly, I had to chase the refund. Other than that little altercation a pleasure to deal with.
