The worst attitude to customers
The worst attitude to customers I ever faced. I've opened an account with C24, because they advertised a good %. Then I had a small issue with my Niederlassungserlaubnis card (I'm not a German citizen) - it was expiring, but getting a new one takes time, and despite filing the application, I am yet to receive it. The residence permission itself, however, is not time-limited - by law. It's only the physical card that needs to be updated. So I am legally living in Germany, and KVR refused to give me any temporary document, assuring me, that my current card in combination with the old travel pass is enough for anyone to check.
However, C24 demanded, that I upload a new card to them, which I would do - but yesterday I've got a mail, that they just terminate my account.
This is completely unfriendly to me as a customer. I'm a client of 3 other German banks, N26, Ing, DKB - none of them demanded me to update a document.
I've explained to C24 support, that I am waiting for my documents, and actually it shouldn't be a problem - they just ignored it.
Why should I prove my status to them, if it's not limited by time? That's absurd. With this logic they can also demand to confirm it every month - just in case if it was revoked.
