Still waiting for the product that I ordered back in Nov of 2025. Today is 3-19-2026. ZERO communication in the last several months. I'm going to have to dispute this with my credit card company. PAIN IN THE @$$!

Our company placed an order with C3Aero and paid via wire transfer for networking equipment in December.

As of today, we have not received the equipment, no shipping confirmation, and no refund. We have made numerous attempts to resolve this directly, including repeated phone calls and voicemails to sales and finance contacts, as well as speaking with multiple receptionists who advised that someone would call us back.

Despite these efforts, we have not received any substantive update or resolution. We have also contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed that fulfillment and payment matters must be resolved directly with the reseller.

We are posting this review solely to document our experience and to seek a response, as private communication attempts have not been successful. We are still hoping for a professional resolution and welcome C3Aero to contact us to close this matter.

Purchased an item from their online shop and choose standard shipping in the beginning of November. 10-14 business days is what was noted.

A month and a half later I got the items. After 3 promises the items were shipping, 2 times obviously being lies. “They’re being packed and shipped this evening” were Will K’s (co-founder) words.

Was offered a partial refund. Never came. Now I can’t get in contact with anyone because their offsite virtual assistants are a nice layer of insulation for the people actually responsible for the company.

Do not use this company.

Let me say it again.

Do not use this company. They cost me money, time and business.

And Will I’m going to keep calling until I get my refund.

I have been waiting 3 months for parts that everyone else has in stock. 2 months ago they sent me my tracking number for the shipment, and after 2 months, the Fedex tracking still says they have not received the package yet. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

SCAM. Charged my credit card and never mailed the item.

Ordered 20x cameras after calling to verify stock.

3 weeks later no tracking number and they kept pushing me off, jeopardized the job. I would call them and they would promise updates.

After looking into reviews, its a common practice for them to advertise out of stock items as in stock, go anywhere else.

I am rarely motivated to write bad reviews, but they wasted my time and aren't operating in good faith.

Ordered item that the website noted as in stock in early July. It’s now December and the latest tactic has been to print a FedEx label and claim that FedEx lost the package. I do not recommend this company.

Constant order delays even though I confirmed stock prior to ordering. Customer service is as absent as the stock delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PROVIDER

Have placed two orders with them 30days apart. Its been 3months without any delivery and a whole lot of empty promises and a complete lack of customer service.
