I honestly cannot believe the junk I was sent! They advertise it as a premium relaxation device from Canada, but mine showed up straight from overseas in cheap plastic wrapping. No box, no manual, nothing just tossed at my front door in freezing weather. The sound is distorted and unsettling, and to make matters worse, there’s no way to turn it off. It keeps running until the battery dies

I am in disbelief about the crappy product I received! It’s a scam be aware. The sound is creepy , comes from China and not Montreal , left at my door step in the snow , no box , no instructions … cannot be turned off so basically will keep going all night until the battery dies. Absolute garbage and they are not honouring their satisfaction guaranteed 100%. This company is a scam and they should be ashamed to use honest people with real anxiety by selling them this junk.
Avoid at all cost … I wish I could post a picture and a video on this platform to prevent any other customers to make this mistake.

I ordered a blue and a pink but I received two blue ones. There is one that I had to replace the mechanism in and it makes noise with every breath. I can't wait to see my daughters' reaction when they receive it for the holidays.

They're scam artists. They claim to be a Québec based company, with post Canada shipping, when in fact the order comes from China, tracked via CN express. If they're lying about their location and shipping, what else are they lying about?
Adding information: they use a fake trust pilot banner.
