At the heart of Cabal’s ethos is people. So, we brought together whisky drinkers, spirit lovers, rum champions, liquid specialists, trade experts and literally the couple next door, to experiment and sample until we had created our very first expression. Cabal’s expression no. 1513. Cabal No. 1513 comprises aged rums from prominent distilleries in Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad, Panama and the Caribbean using a combination of pot and column distillation techniques, all aged at origin. We have then finished the liquid in Pedro Ximénez casks in Speyside to provide a distinctive, complex, yet smooth taste profile. Cabal is part of Harpalion Spirits Limited with its head office in Scotland.

Great service and product.
My order came exactly as expected and really well packaged - I loved the cardboard bottle cover. The rum bottle is stylish and looks great on a drinks cabinet. I’m unlikely to drink rum neat, so I really appreciated the range of cocktail ideas on the website.

Lifts Your Spirits!
A fantastic, purely botanical hearty rum. I joined Cabal’s launch event with friends and we loved its versatility. Neat, mixed or as a cocktail, as led by Plato, this is a fabulous spirit to bringing friends together. I have a bottle or two ready for my summer!
