Abysmal customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone and they don't call you back. They charge more than competitors for their similar software yet offer diabolical service to their customers. Can't wait to migrate away from this rubbish.
Poor customer service whenever there is a problem with cabinet vision we seem to get told that oh its fixed in the newest version. Thats all way and that but I dont see why I need to pay more money for basic features that should already work.
