Will Never Do It Again
Ordered a $702.00 comforter set from Cabinhole thru Amazon. Item arrived and was not the color as advertised. Requested return and received it on November 24th. Shipped the item thru USPS (as directed - $113.00 to be refunded on receipt) and it arrived at Cabinhole on December 4th. (USPS Tracking). Did not receive refund or communication for weeks. Repeatedly sent emails and phone calls (customer service number listed on their site is bogus. No ID when phone picks up and automated) On December 29th, called Amazon, who called Cabinhole and said they’d be in touch. Jan 2nd Cabinhole emailed requesting USPS info when we decide to ship (??)
Jan 3rd, they said they’d resolve issue by end of day. On Jan 5th we made formal complaint through Amazon. $702.00 was refunded on January 6th. Cabinhole failed to refund shipping charges.
Absolutely horrid company. Stay away. There are plenty of others out there.
