So good I went back for a second. Small but perfectly formed and perfect for a weekend of short break (fits under a seat so no cabin fees either 👍🏻). Shipped and arrived within 2 days. So happy!!

Backpack on Ryanair for free
Backpack arrived promptly. Managed to pack in a good amount. Lots of extra pockets and a secret one for passport/purse etc. Seems well-made and comfortable.

Product is great , communication not so much
Product is great ( not using until June so I’m hoping it’s all good for Ryanair ) delivery was super fast however once I placed the order I realised I made a mistake on the colour, I emailed immediately to see if this could be rectified, I received no response, I emailed again the next day but have still had no response whatsoever. I then got a thank you for my order from one of the owners (automated obviously )and it stated any problems reply to that email, which I did and I’m still waiting a reply from that email also.
so the communication is what let’s this company down

Ideal size and a very roomy cabin bag
Bought items from Cabinmax previously, so knew this cabin bag was going to be good. Great sizing, ample room for a few days away AND suits most airlines dimensions.
