Advertised an item as “in stock” with no intention to honour the order AND charged the payment card before being in a position to despatch. No suggestion to date on when a refund will be processed. A shameful way to do online business

made an order but forgot a couple of items which I added late in the afternoon and Cable Intelligence pulled all the stops to include the additional items on the same delivery so that I did not have to pay for two separate charges. Items received safe and sound the following day. Very happy with the service.

Unfortunately unable to give no stars for this terrible service. I am still waiting for my order to arrive, placed over a month ago. Cable Intelligence are ignoring my emails. They have now messed up an installation that was meant to be finished before Christmas. Kindly send out the order ASAP Cable Intelligence!!

After placing an order at around 16:30 I was contacted on the phone within minutes of ordering to let me know there was a stock issue. We discussed the issue and the order was revised to a better product that was available at no additional cost to me. I then received the order promptly the very next morning. Needless to say I was suitably impressed with the service and would certainly use them again without a second thought.
