As soon as I had placed the order, I contacted the company to apologise for my error and requested a refund. Each time I received a standard reply
("they would respond asap").
I eventually received an email advising the item was out for delivery. I again advised I had cancelled the order and requested a refund. The reply stated they had a returns policy. The item has only come from London, so could easily have been stopped.
I question whether I will ever get a refund :-(

I have ordered an item from them that I have not received a month later, and have had no reply to my emails.

The purchase website is very misleading, I only wanted to purchase skin silver pro, but ended up unknowingly purchasing another 2 products i do not need. The customer service to resolve order cancellation & refund response is slow.

Do not buy. This is a scam. Customer service is slow and deficient. I could not return the product and they only offer a discount of 25%, which meant a lot of mails as they did not react on time, then they said I was asking return after the two weeks legal term. I saw the same hitter on Bol, for less money even. This company is a scam.

Really bad service when I tried to send something back. Still not heard from them two weeks after I contacted them. Stay away

Ordered gloves. No confirmation of order so I ordered from another company. I got confirmation next day of first order at five times the price. No one answers phone or answers emails. Terrible customer service and is out of Taiwan.
