CA was very helpful when the lockdown restrictions were first imposed and allowed for us to make reduced payments which I am very grateful for!
When it came to purchasing my lease car from CA Cars, the process could not have been easier and was completed within a day.
If I had to offer a tiny criticism it would be that the lease was a little expensive.

Can't recommend CA Cars enough. I've been with them since 2011, starting with leasing the cars and only switching to purchasing this car as I intend to keep it for some time. Whether leasing or purchasing I find dealing with these guys really easy; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In terms of value for money, this particular model would have been over £20K from the Toyota dealer (and that was just the car, no duals fitted), from CA Cars it was £1699.00 with duals fitted. I will definitely be doing business with CA Cars for the foreseeable future.

A really friendly and helpful service, excellent correspondence and a good selection of vehicles were available. The security of Knowing you have a replacement vehicle on hand if required gives you piece of mind. The car I ordered was delivered as promised and ready to go. A professional service throughout, I would definitely recommend CA Cars.

Excellent service. Communication and customer service were excellent, particularly considering the effects of COVID-19. I arranged a contract before lockdown, the team worked hard to make sure I still had a car available when I began work - despite having to work to a very short timeframe.

Great service

I ordered a Ford Focus and it was delivered to my home address as promised. On the day of deliver the driver called me to confirm he was on the way and an estimated ETA. When he arrived the car was spotless, I will definitely use CA Cars again fantastic from the first contact with Karen and her great team.

I left 1 star because there is no option for no stars
On delivery car beeded hoovering initially asked for aygo suzecar due to fuel economy got landed with a sporty 1500 aygo
Within a week drivers footwell mat came loose on inspection it was very worn
Asked for a replacement told to source it myself
Company now refusing to pay for time taken to source and purchase
The company has a pedantic attitude
No customer service
They even charge extra for toad tax

It is very easy for me to tell you how delighted I was with the service I received from Clara and her team at CA Cars. Also I researched before I committed to CA Cars or any other company with my fellow ADI’s in my local area and 5 of my valued colleagues gave me wholesome recommendations for Clara and her company, where I received no recommendations for any of the other recognised brands.

What was fantastic was that Clara listened to me before making any recommendations and she gave me advice and options. I felt that I was able to choose and I did receive a car that I’m really delighted with. As a replacement to my previous car both for myself and the feedback I’ve had from my clients the new car is very welcome. As a hybrid equipped with a lot of extra technology and state-of-the-art, I am so grateful to Clara for enabling me to bring such a leading technology vehicle to my driving school.

The speed with which CA Cars was able to turn my wishes into a replacement vehicle on my driveway was breathtaking! My old school car was in need of replacement sooner rather than later and Clara was so resourceful in that she was able to source the replacement vehicle for me in virtually no time at all. There were a number of makes and models that she had available, but with the technology specifically that I was looking for, I was genuinely blown away with what she got for me and how quickly.

I had two times when my car was off the road, they delivered a car to me with 24hrs each time.

I would like to thank CA Cars for their professional service. They had sorted out a brand new Peugeot for me on a number of occasions. Even when my car was no longer road worthy they sourced a car quickly and loaned me a car while I was waiting for a delivery of the new vehicle. I would particularly like to thank Richard who is always on hand to help if ever there was issues with my driving school car. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest and well placed to cater for driving school vehicles.
