I placed my order two weeks ago also, i understand it was part of black friday sales but it hasnt even been sent yet. Come on this is ridiculous lead times on dispatch even if you hundreds of orders it still shouldnt take that long. Very disappointing

Appalling shipping timeframes
Two weeks now I placed an order…..and it still hasnt even been shipped. Absolutely terrible, I emailed they are saying it may take 15 business days to process for shipping. Honestly 3 weeks before it’s even sent….then another week to get it. Cachia lift your game, nothing takes this long, I’m in Australia not the North Pole.
