Caci microlift hand held and Caci company …

I ordered a Caci microlift from a salon in London on the 12 November 2024 . I only received it on the 2 December 2024 ( as the Manager had been ill and could not send the item before).
I have not used the Caci microlift yet as I was reading the instructions and in particular Caci User guide.
On page 6 of the leaflet Caci User guide it states. that Caci Microlift Personal Toning system is supplied with a Box of electro Buds (QY100)" at point 5 of the page. I only got 10 in the box . The London manager was kind enough to send me another 30 buds free of charge . However this means there are still 60 buds missing as per Caci User guide . I contacted Caci about the missing buds on the 12 December. Their response was "Unfortunately we no longer support this device although we still sell the serum buds but you would need to take this up with the salon you purchased the device from" How convenient ! Caci is just passing the buck . It is their product and their box the Caci Microlift was delivered in . Given their reply
I have now referred the matter to the Trading Standards Office for breach of The Trade Descriptions Act 1968. I have not used the Caci microlift yet but I already regret the purchase ( having read previous reviews on how unhelpful this Company is )

Really dissapointed!!!!!

Really dissapointed with the customer service CACI have given me. Think twice before buying off these people. Once they have had your hard earnt money they don’t want to know!!!! Terrible!!!

Awful customer care

Deliveries are never on time and things missing. Customer services refuse to help.
Really bad customer services. Shocking!!!

Caci's customer service is appalling to …

Caci's customer service is appalling to say the least , I am very disappointed in their approach to long standing customers who bought several machines over the 20 years with no regard , I advise that if you want to purchase none surgical facial machines there are so many better providers don't use CACI , I wouldn't even tick one star here they are that bad . Big company don't care

Rip off postage costs

I needed to replace batteries in my Caci-microlift. They charge £5.99 for a pack of two but then charge £5.99 postage. I assumed that they must have to use a courier as they are batteries but they don't. They send it out post office at a cost of 83p!!! This is profiteering at a ridiculous level. Such a shame because their product is actually very good. I had already contacted them about the high postage costs and they suggested I buy them elsewhere but I decided to use them as i wanted to make sure they were the correct ones for the product. Lesson learned, they rip off their customers.
