This course has enabled me to understand how software is implemented to calculate VAT returns in Bookkeeping analysis and running payroll.
The course has given me the foundation to understand the basic concepts of accounting. By confidently using financial software packages I have been able to evaluate VAT and payroll services for small to medium size companies in real life circumstances. Excellent videos and guidance notes through a VLE software programme which supports students being able to use SAGE, Quickbooks, Xerox, Microsoft Excel and Sage Payroll.
