Item came in good shape, but came late. Planted it in pot the day I got it from the post office. Was a few days ago, and see no growth yet.

Very Healthy Plants
I recently received three plants that were much bigger than I'd expected, so I was thrilled with that! They were well packed and arrived safely without any damage. The courier company was also top notch. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Seeds and service you can trust
Loved the selection of cacti on the website and the ease of purchasing, the tracking service was great for my seeds travelling halfway around the world to NewZealand, with satisfying germination rates I have around 1000 babies to look after, a great hobby which will pay off in the future, I look forward to my next 2000 seeds in the coming months. Unfortunately, we do not have control over parcels once they have been delivered. You mentioned being away for several weeks during the delivery period, and during that time many things could have happened to the package. It’s important that parcels are collected promptly once delivered, especially if left in an unsecured location.

You should not ship to California if…
You should not ship to California if you know the shipment will get confiscated. You are wasting seed I am wasting my money terms and conditions signed or not

We’d like to clarify that it is not true that all shipments to California get confiscated. Most deliveries to customers in California are successful. However, as outlined in our terms and conditions, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to know and follow the import regulations of their state.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. As mentioned via email, we understand you've had issues in the past receiving shipments from out of state, and we truly regret that this order may have met the same fate.
We had offered to resend the seeds at our cost but you were not able to provide any evidence and stopped responding.
