One mover, worked very well, the other person was very lazy and late.over all the job got done.

The movers were on time, and they did an excellent job. I would use your service again.

Day of moving, two movers, only one that really wanted to work. I sent the second one away near the end. The way items were packed sent to my destination. I had broken packages broken items beat up items. Dirt everywhere on my white furniture. I filed a claim within the required amount of time and all I got was kickback. They said I didn’t file in time which was incorrect. You can’t file for something that’s in storage or transit until you get your items. And move in again two workers one that wanted to work one that just wanted to eat my food after I so generously went out and bought them food and drink and he preferred to eat and drink versus help the guy unload the truck customer service was terrible. I had over $1000 worth of damage and cleaning that was required and I got I think 45 or $50. I will not recommend them I can’t.

Workers were quick and professional in handling my furniture, some of which was very heavy.

Julian and Daniel purposely damaged my dresser mirror when they were reattaching it right after they checked to see if their tips went through. I filed a request for compensation (I wanted the $40 back that I tipped them) with no response. Not a good company to work with. Be careful with these two and DO NOT let Daniel use your bathroom. He also tampered with my toothpaste.

Response: I submitted a claim for compensation but what I got was a message to refer your company to other people and a response for more pictures, measurements of the damage and the age of the furniture. A nail going through the furniture to the other side where it could have caused physical harm. A nail. How big do you think that is. The furniture was purchased in 2022 from weekends only which has since gone out of business and I sent you the only picture needed. Thank you.

I was attempting to get work and had a bad feeling right away. Sure enough when I started asking questions, the person I was texting with got very rude, refused to answer my questions and told me he wasn't interested. Then I looked at the reviews and saw it's was all 90 percent bad for workers and customers. Scam for sure

Scam! do not trust this company! they scammed me took my money and never showed up, I called over (40) times and no one answered the phone. I had to dispute this with my bank and filed a complaint against them with the FTC and the US Attorney General's Office for FRAUD... Please don't waste your time...

Besides the short delay on pay they did the right thing and paid me so I have no other complaints.

Great and fast service. Highly recommend caddy moving. Three bedroom move with minimum charge. Very communicative and polite. Easy to work with and friendly folks

They are just people who are going to go in Craigslist gig or whatever they have to do and they will hire anyone they don't care they plan on paying you for work..
If you're a costumer they don't care they will actually tell you that you can get another company and keep your money..
This is a crime and a scam and they have to be put on trail for stealing millions of dollars for non payment of work and allowing the sex offenders to get into your home and know what you have and where you sleep

Finished a gig with a gentlemen today and was promised a payment for 2.5 hours of work. After the completing the gig we were promised payment through PayPal. We both have not recieved payment. Horrible experience, super communicative when the job is present but leave you a spam hotline number to call and ghost you after the payment. Found many other stories online of people having the same problem

I wish that I could give negative stars. Start time gets pushed back an hour 45 minutes before while I'm already on the way and weather is shit because of "client", sure lol. Then I get there and wait 15 minutes past noon, still not on the clock. Looked up these reviews and said nope. $20/hr to move a downtown highrise is highway robbery. Hope the dispatcher gets hit by a train and their child gets cancer. Absolute slime. Not to mention rate of job went to $25 then $30 for other app users.

Edit:Within an hour of publication someone from the company reached out to silence me and call me crazy. Duck you even harder, don't go caddy. That's for saddies.

Crooks.. stealing money

I have not received my payment from yesterday. It was supposed to be same day pay. #100519. Now I’ve been inconvenienced. It’s been 14hrs + and no pay! I was told it would be sent through PayPal which I never received! Need help immediately. And please do not send me a phone number or email that the company does not answer!!!

They don't pay the guys that work for them

I worked 5 hours 2 days ago even brought my tools to complete the job loaded and unloaded drove customers u haul for the customer and still haven’t received my money and even got a 5 star review now they making up that it was something wrong when we left the customer she was happy even had me and my wife help her pack this company is a scam fraud and I advise no one use them they are getting multiple complaints. Caddy Go Movers is a fraud.

I worked a job this morning in Burlingame, I was promised same day pay. Now my profile says denied and yet still now pay for 3 hours of work!!!

This doesn’t make sense John was the person to designate the job.

This is so unprofessional and very bad for business. I save the customers number for this reason and they too will be leaving a review

Hands down worst company to work for they don't pay the laborers after completion of job. this is the second time this has happened to me DO NOT WORK FOR CADDY MOVERS THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR THE HOURS YOU WORKED. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO RATING IF I COULD!
