Bought the large bunny personalizsd…

Bought the large bunny personalizsd when my first grandson was born … he puts it in his mouth and it sheds so the material gets in a 4 months old mouth …Their only answer to me was it’s not a chew toy for babies!?!?!
Do not buy their large bunny for babies or little children… and Caden Lane does not have good customer service.. their quality has obviously declined … Safety is not a concern for them.. BE WARE

We’re really glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the bunny for some time. That said, we take safety very seriously. This item is tested to and complies with ASTM F963-23 safety standards. However, if the bunny is frequently being sucked or chewed on, the fabric can begin to weaken over time, which may cause fibers to loosen.
Our large bunny is designed to be a comforting companion for snuggles at bedtime, playtime adventures, or simply a sweet buddy to carry along, rather than for being sucked on or used for teething.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sharing your feedback.

Caden Lane is a horrible, dishonest comoany


I placed an order Saturday for a onesie/t shirt combo and realized on Monday that I should order a larger size. I contacted customer support and they said no problem.  They immediately emailed back that actually they could not cancel the first order since it was customized with the exact name and spelling I had requested.

I did NOT request any customization. It was a picture with wording exactly as it was advertised. I made ZERO modifications.

I pointed that out and was told that each item is manufactured to order. 

The clothing has a picture of a giraffe with the comment " you bet your giraffe I'm cute".  

I can't believe I'm the only one that found this on the internet and purchased it. I can't believe they cannot cancel the order just a couple days after it was sent. I can't believe they print these one at a time. I can't believe if they do print them one at a time, they can't stock one that would not sell very quickly.  

Finally, I can't believe if all the above is true and this necessitated a $10 or $15 loss, they wouldn't eat that in an effort to gain customer loyalty.

I will never order from them again

Wonderful Customer Service

What a great company to work with! Their customer service is amazing. Caitlin helped with change a shipping address when I realized that I was moving before it would be shipped. She had to change it twice - long story... but she was so patient and took care of it right away.

Amazing Customer Service

I accidentally ordered something that would not come in by the time I needed it for a baby shower. I emailed customer service and Christina was spectacular! She was able to help me find a replacement item that I would be able to take to the baby shower. She treated me with kindness throughout the entire process and made the entire experience hassle free!

Love Caden Lane!!

Love Caden Lane! Their products and customer service are above and beyond!! Highly recommend them. I have got newborn/announcement products as well as PJs, and my new favorite is the matching family swimwear. I am never disappointed with their quality and cute designs!

Not sure how these guys have above 2…

Not sure how these guys have above 2 stars. Their customer service is unwilling to help and were unapologetic for having an item not able to ship out over a month and half after purchasing. When attempting to be refunded, still unapologetic and didn't include shipping costs in the refund when the item wasn't even close to being shipped. Scummy people, save your money and shop elsewhere.

This company has been terrible to work…

This company has been terrible to work with; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please save your time and money and shop elsewhere. Their customer service is absolute garbage; they didn't refund the shipping cost for an item that I refunded (it was going to take a month and a half to ship); and they fooled me into buying a digital image in lieu of physical framed images they displayed on their site. You can find better items with another company.

Ordered two items

Ordered two items. The first item was very deceptive in its presentation. It was shown as physical frames hanging above a crib, but ended up being just digital copies of the images in the frame. The second item was a onesie which was never shipped over two weeks after purchase, and not expected to ship for a month and a half prior to purchasing. They were rude and unwilling to refund the digital images, even though I had not yet downloaded them. There’s plenty of other baby boutiques out there, this isn’t the one to give your business.

Regarding your onesie, we know how important timing is, especially for baby items. In 2020 I ordered some beautiful…

In 2020 I ordered some beautiful products from this company. Just recently, I ordered a personalized swaddle. I understand it is personalized, and non-refundable, but what I am here to say is that the quality is TERRIBLE on this product. It is flimsy and cheap polysester, all white on one side. The print is very dull and the product looks like garbage. I spent $40 plus tax and shipping on this one item. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their new "quality"

Spectacular Customer Service

I made my first purchase this past Sunday for a baby shower and later realized I ordered an item which was back ordered and would not arrive in time. I sent a email to customer service and received a response immediately that my request would be reviewed. I then was contacted by Caitlin who helped me exchange for an item which could ship out immediately and have it in time for the shower. Very impressed with the quick service I received and on a Sunday! I really thought the soonest I would be contacted by customer service would be Monday.
