While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Caelum is a UK care management platform built for providers who are tired of being charged per client, having features locked behind tiers, and being trapped by data they cannot export. It supports domiciliary, residential and supported living services from a single tenant, with a service-type flag rather than separate modules. Carers, managers, registered managers, families and clinical leads share one system rather than working from separate tools that do not talk to each other. The platform covers care planning, eMAR, rostering, family portal, CQC evidence packs, supported living modules, clinical assessments, MCA and DoLS workflows, safeguarding, recruitment, payroll, Xero integration, micro-learning, AI care-plan drafting, benchmarks, a carer mobile app and free 30-day data export. Every feature is on every paid tier. Pricing is flat per team size. Standard book: Starter £199/mo (up to 10 carers), Growth £349/mo (up to 25 carers), Professional £599/mo (up to 50 carers). No joining fee on the standard book. Caelum is opening 15 Founding Member seats, gated by a £999 one-time non-refundable joining fee. Founding Members pay £99 / £199 / £349 per month, locked for the lifetime of the account, plus the Founding Member Charter: every future Caelum module included at no upgrade cost, priority onboarding by the founder personally, the annual Founders' Dinner, direct WhatsApp line to the founder, quarterly roadmap input, and Caelum Cosmos beta access when it ships. Locked-In Founders Bridge: stuck in a Birdie or Nourish contract? Pay £999 today, run Caelum alongside at no monthly cost until your existing contract ends, capped at 12 months. A free Solo tier with full feature parity is available for independent carers and self-employed PAs (1 carer, 2 people supported, no Charter, no Founding seat). Built and run by SAL Healthcare, a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider in Bournemouth. The workflows match how a real care service operates rather than a software vendor's idea of one. UK-hosted on Fly.io's London region. Crestos Care Ltd is on a separate launch-partner trial through 11 June 2026, not a Founding Member seat.
