Super god mad! Og virkelig god service!

I love this place from first came, waiters are super skilled and friendlt, food are delicious and prices are cheap.

Great service and atmosphere😀
The burger was amazing - i highly recommend it! The fries was even better👏👏👏👏 Flæskestegsandwich was also good, but could need one slice of flæskesteg🙏😀

Lousy service! The food was average! My Ribe eye steak was chewy.. top price in the menu. The waiters do their best to spoil your expectations. We went there on June 12 around noon, the restaurant was half empty, we were given the only undressed table no cover, no napkins, no glas, no knife and fork . I asked to dress the table, the answer: we do not dress the table. I think it is a discrimination as me and my wife both grey haired. I wanted to leave but I did not want to spoil the moment for my wife. I stayed. My Ribe eye was liken frozen before, it falls in the mouth like powder. Ovoid this restaurant, I guess the owner does not care, see all the negative reviews, so, this review is not for the owner to împrove, He/She won't, it is for the consumers to use their money elsewhere, in many other restaurant in the same street.

Thank you for taking time to respond to my unsatisfaction with your service, i agree, may it is not a descrimination, i can consider it as a rejection, maybe you can give feedback to that your Young waitress, undredessee table can be ok for some but not for all, when the customer date to ask for it, it is not to bother the waitress is because it is important for the customer..it takes one min to put s paper cover nappekins, knive&fork and two glasses. In my opinion! Coming to a restaurant it is not only for eating, one can eat any where, coming to a restaurant is to have an experience and ferling of taken care of...

Unfortunately a nice cafe is let down by poor customer service with staff being very rude making for an unwelcome experience.

I think the food was okay. The burger was a little dry but the fries were incredibly good. The staff was pretty nice as well. However, if you’re thinking of going there for a nice dinner while playing cards, choose another place. My friend and I had bought some playing cards so that we could kill some time with that, but turns out you can’t play cards at this restaurant? Apparently the manager wasn’t cool with that. If we had known, we’d have chosen another place.

Be aware you can not be seated unless you order a main course as a minimum. We were a company of 5 and one of us ordered only desert and we could not be served… hopefully just sign of bad management that is otherwise not experienced in any other place in this lovely gastronomic city.

The cafe was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly. The best place to hang out with friends and family in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The food doesn’t live up to the price at all. The staff is immensely racist and will reject you based on your skin color
I recommend going to Shakedown or Burgerklubben, good food and no racism!
