I bought some candle only over £200 , received nothing, sent a email no reply. What is going on Cailleach Candles? Can you at least reply to my email please. Order number #4759

Ordered 3 items, after a month still no items received. All communications to the company email address bounce back as unknown. Had to raise a dispute with my card provider. Once they investigated I then received and email from this company stating they'd actually posted my items. Tracking number provided is still showing as not existing. And guess what, still no items received. This used to be a great company a few years back but apparently now after being dormant for a couple of years it's back but just a scam company

Unfortunate Experience ordering this time.

I ordered my items on the 13th of October on the Friday the 13th sales and got an order dispatch email on the 31st of October- that doesn’t bother me at all, I know that the seller is running the show by themselves and does all the order fulfilment and candle creation etc. so I was okay with that.

However, come the 12/13th or so of December (not 100% on the dates as I can’t find the tracking no.) there was still no sign of them so I messaged the account on Instagram and said there had been no sign of them and they took care of my issues, saying they’d check with An Post.

The next day or 2, the parcel arrives on my doorstep and I can track the number on the parcel via the An Post website, only to be told it was posted the day I raised the issue with the seller.

I did mind this. I would’ve preferred the seller tell me that my parcel was missed or they forgot the parcel in a pile during the busy season. I would’ve fully understood, but to let on like there was an issue on An Post’s side and not just tell me that it was an error on their side, that’s what annoyed me because I would’ve fully understood- we all forget to post things sometimes and that’s okay.

I have only in the last number of days picked up one of my candles and noticed that the lid says one scent and the base of the candle says another. The top lid said that it should have been crunchy leaves and acorns but the base of the candle actually says ‘Gingerbread man’ - a scent I cannot stand.

Now, I really hate to leave a bad review especially as far as small business are concerned and I am upset because the candles smell unreal especially Reading Nook, but I am disappointed with this experience altogether.

Don’t put my, one, experience off buying from Cailleach Candles because, to reiterate, they smell divine and their burn time is unmatched, I just don’t think I will be a returning customer.

I have been a C.C customer for years and absolutely adore them. The way there are constantly new scents and themes available while the classics still remain is wonderful, and I’m in awe of everything - the design, the names and how they correspond to the ingredients and, of course, the scents. I feel like I constantly have one burning in my house all the time, and I love how they’re ethically sourced crystals and environmentally friendly packaging too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love buying candles from C.C. The quality of ingredients used, care and attention to detail, as well as Nolas friendly demeanour make for a pleasant buying experience.
I'm actually burning coffee and witchcraft as I type this, and it's such a lovely smell. One of the few candle places where the smell properly disperses around the room rather than just the spot the candle is burning.
They are priced very fairly given the time it takes to make them, label them, list them, research them etc. However I have no issue with the pricing because i know im getting a quality item. I find it's very fair and the quality speaks for itself, so it always feels special buying them, and im all for treats and nice things!
I would rather buy here than some high street shop with their dishwater smells. 😂

Don't compromise on quality. If you truly love candles and luxury, then TREAT YO SELF as the meme says. Don't hold off.
I recommend Lugh especially, that smell is divine. It's just the best.
Nola you're so brilliant don't ever stop making these.
