Excellent customer service.

The customer service i experienced with Cainté was excellent. I had a discrepancy with my order and Cainté support made it their business to assist in a professional manner, and very generously offered compensation.

A special thank you Amalie from Cainté support, will return in future!

Approved and Great CS

Caintè is a serious platform.
I ordered the Screw Bracelet and it's quality does it's justice.

Also regarding customer service,

Best customer service but ring quality can be better

I ordered the Esscense ring from Cainte, the conditions did not turn out the way as shown in the picture on the website. I was disappointed because it didn’t have the shine and the kind of quality you look for in a ring. I sent them an email for an exchange, because the ring size was small for me too.

Sebastian responded to my email to do an exchange immediately, he reassured me that the ring should not appeared anywhere differently from their webpage. He assisted me right away (1 day after my email to them) and offered me the best customer service I had ever experienced. I gave a four star because his customer service (more than 5 stars) has already made up for the poor condition of the ring delivered to me.

I have yet to receive the ring but I hope it will turn out the way it should. Thank you for your kind and marvellous service, Sebastian.

Amazing service!

I recently contacted this company’s customer service, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and kindly they helped us. They immediately offered to send a replacement, and their communication was smooth and reassuring. Amazing service, Highly recommend!

Ordered wrong size and was replaced quickly

I ordered the wrong size ring and the team were very quick to send me a return label so that I could send it back and then they shipped me a new one. Everything happened very quickly and the service I got from Amalie was really great!

A big thank you to Sebastian and Amelie…

A big thank you to Sebastian and Amelie for their customer service. I got the wrong sized rings and ended up needing to return them. When I reached out to customer service, response time was on the slow end, but this was definitely made up for in the quality of service.

Sebastian is a very kind and understanding person; and I believe that when a business is anchored in goodwill, it generates a value that goes beyond the experience of a transaction; it ceases to be a consumerism-driven profiteering endeavour and shifts its focus to "art for art's sake", and Sebastian brings this to the table at Cainte. Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of good business practice and being more selective with where they buy from, and I can honestly stand behind the character of the people who work at Cainte.

Good things come to those who wait.
