Reply from Cake Box
Dear Jen,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re glad to hear you found the cake tasty, but we’re sorry that the amount of cream did not meet your expectations for a naked cake. This is not the experience we aim to provide.
We will share your feedback with the store for review and improvement.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Support
