They just ruined my whole birthday…
They just ruined my whole birthday celebration, i ordered a photo cake and they completely messed it up, they ended up giving me a plain cake instead. When the order was delivered i went in shock. Even the writing on top of the cake was just so unprofessional.

Cake was not made fresh the layers were disjointed and put together the layers were not straight the shop asked me to bring it in. Cake had already been eaten. They were not apologetic about it

It was a good flavor
It was a good flavor, not exaggerating sweet, and the coloring flavour in the cream was just as needed to be. The only thing I did not like was the brown ciocolata that was use to write the messages. Was better if it was pastel colour to match the cake.

Absolutely fantastic service from Cake…
Absolutely fantastic service from Cake Box Chesterfield Road, the 2 girls there was amazingly helpful, after I accidentally ordered the cake for the wrong day, they were able to get this done for me within 2 hours so that I didn't miss the event. The cake itself was fantastic, beautifully presented and very tasty. If I could give a higher score than 5 I would.
